The rules aren't easy to find in my opinion.

Maybe we should just tell new people some basic rules (No reporting) and tell them that the rest of our rules are somewhere on the forums. Not everyone likes reading rules, so unless you tell them what they are, they won't do it.

If your in a clan, whether you know the rules or not, to report is like being disloyal to the clan. If your in a clan NOT reporting fellow clan members shows loyalty, knowing rules or not.
